- Registering and supporting farmers to increase yields with specific crops using CSAT/CA/SLM technologies
- Modelling and testing specific rural agricultural development models using lead farmer and demonstrations concepts
- Farmer/community education-through sensitization activities –HIV/AID, Water and Sanitation etc
- Promoting specific crop value chain development –from production-aggregation and marketing –Vegetables, Maize, Soya Beans, etc using farmers based cooperatives and group
- Promotion of Agro-Processing among women farmers

- Research activities – survey and data gathering relating to agriculture, environment, health, education etc
- Policy dialogues and engagement with state agencies
- Sponsoring farmer groups to participate and present their positions in some stakeholder NRE forums
